Eugene is a senior teacher on the Spirit Rock teacher council. Eugene’s teaching is influenced by Theravada, Zen and Tibetan practice. He is also a Diamond Approach teacher. He’s passionate about practicing 24/7, supporting awareness, investigation, and realization in daily life.

This retreat will focus on being intimate with the living body of awakening. We’ll explore the living aliveness of our human body, the living body of the earth, and the communality of all living bodies both vegetative and sentient. Through meditation and compassion we’ll awaken to the magic and mystery of being alive. This silent retreat is suitable for both new and experienced practitioners.
