Retreat Management
Volunteer Retreat Managers assist staff and teachers in the running of retreats and workshops at Vallecitos Mountain Ranch. Retreat Managers may be able to participate in the ongoing retreat as their duties permit. Retreat manager duties vary on different programs.
Ranch Volunteers
Ranch volunteers work with staff on various projects like cleaning, painting, helping in the kitchen, manual ranch labor and other tasks associated with running the ranch and retreats.
Ranch volunteers do not participate in the ongoing retreat. Ranch volunteers commit to work part-time (up to 5 hours/day) for an agreed-upon length of stay in exchange for room and board.
